At Truluck's, we are so committed to fresh Florida stone crab that we operate a fleet of sixteen crabbing boats at our very own fisheries on the Isle of Capri just outside of Naples, Florida.
Each day our boats go out into the turquoise waters of the gulf of Mexico, set their traps, and catch the crab. They then return to our fisheries where we cook the crab, size them and pack them in ice. Then they're off to the airport and to our restaurants. From our traps to your table in less than 24 hours.
We will NEVER serve frozen Florida Stone Crab. We offer it only at the height of freshness during season.
