When Florida Stone Crab season arrives on October 15th and runs through May 1st, it marks the highlight of our culinary year. Harvesters carefully remove only the claws, releasing each crab back into the water to regrow and thrive. We present them chilled, pre-cracked, and accompanied by a signature mustard sauce we’ve been refining for over three decades—a tradition that has become synonymous with the Truluck’s name.
Our seafood offerings extend well beyond stone crab. Guests can explore sesame-seared ahi tuna, pan-roasted scallops, jumbo shrimp, freshly shucked oysters, king crab, and lobster, plus rotating seasonal selections inspired by the day’s freshest catch.
