Our chefs source and serve crab from the pristine oceans of the world. Each is scored for ease of picking and presented chilled over crushed ice with our house specialty mustard sauce and TL Louie sauce. Enjoy each selection in ½-pound increments or experience all three together as a Crab Flight.
Any selection may be Simply Prepared with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, & fresh lemon, with broccolini & blistered tomatoes.
USDA Prime Hand-Cut, aged a minimum of 30 days. All steaks are seasoned and broiled at 1200 degrees.
