Our chefs source and serve crab from the pristine oceans of the world. Each is scored for ease of <br>picking and presented chilled over crushed ice with our house specialty mustard sauce and TL Louie sauce. <br>Enjoy each selection in ½-pound increments or experience all three together as a Crab Flight.
Any selection may be Simply Prepared with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, & fresh lemon, with broccolini & blistered tomatoes.
USDA Prime Hand-Cut, aged a minimum of 30 days. All steaks are seasoned and broiled at 1200 degrees.
