What's on

The Menu

For over thirty years, Truluck’s has set the standard for ocean-to-table dining excellence. Our dedication to sustainable harvesting practices and marine conservation shapes every aspect of our culinary philosophy, ensuring that future generations can enjoy the bounty of our seas while supporting the skilled fishermen and harvesters who practice responsible stewardship.

When autumn arrives each year, we welcome the return of Florida Stone Crab season, running from October 15th through May 1st. These prized claws represent the pinnacle of sustainable luxury—harvested using time-honored methods that preserve the crab’s ability to regenerate, ensuring this tradition continues. We serve them chilled, expertly pre-cracked, and paired with our legendary mustard sauce, a recipe refined through decades of dedication to flavor perfection.

Beyond our seasonal stone crab, discover an impressive array of ocean treasures: delicate pan-seared scallops paired with succulent jumbo shrimp, sesame-crusted ahi tuna seared to perfection, premium oysters sourced from the cleanest coastal waters, and inspired seasonal creations that showcase the ocean’s diversity.

Our culinary expertise extends to land with exceptional USDA Prime steaks, each cut hand-selected and prepared with precision. Choose from our butter-tender filet mignon, perfectly marbled New York strip, or savor our Sunday specialty—slow-roasted Prime Rib enhanced with aromatic shallot-rosemary au jus.

Enhance your dining journey with our celebrated wine program and handcrafted cocktails. Experience the TRU Ninety-Two prix fixe menu—three exquisitely composed courses for $59, available until 6pm Monday through Saturday and all evening Sunday. Visit us during Happy Hour at the bar for 50% off signature cocktails, select wines, and freshly shucked oysters.
