Before you Visit

We are a special occasion restaurant and we encourage our guests to dress for the occasion they’re celebrating.

We prefer a style of dress that is polished yet comfortable. We consider attire such as gym wear, sweatpants, ball caps, clothing with offensive language, images or odors, and exposed undergarments too casual for our restaurant.  Please be considerate of others and limit distractions that may interrupt the dining experience including disruptive behaviors, crying children, and audible technologies.

Truluck’s reserves the right to refuse service regardless of reservation status.

What's on

The Menu

Truluck’s was born in 1992 from a straightforward conviction: the finest dining begins with responsible sourcing. We partner with harvesters who share our dedication to sustainable fishing practices, ensuring that every plate served carries the weight of that promise from ocean to table.

Florida Stone Crab season—October 15th through May 1st—is the moment our kitchens come alive. Only the claws are taken during harvest, letting each crab return to the sea and regenerate naturally. We serve them chilled and pre-cracked, paired with a house mustard sauce perfected over more than thirty years, and they remain the dish that defines us.

Beyond stone crab, our menu spans sesame-seared ahi tuna, pan-roasted scallops, jumbo shrimp, freshly shucked oysters, king crab, and lobster—alongside seasonal catches that change with the tides. For those who prefer the land, USDA Prime steaks—including filets, New York strips, and our Sunday slow-roasted Prime Rib with shallot-rosemary au jus—round out a menu built for every appetite.

Complete the experience with a selection from our wine cellar or a crafted cocktail. TRU Ninety-Two, our three-course prix fixe at $59, is available until 6pm Monday through Saturday and throughout the evening on Sundays. Happy Hour brings 50% off select cocktails, wines, and oysters.
