The Menu

From our founding in 1992, sustainability has been woven into everything we do at Truluck’s. We partner with responsible harvesters who share our deep respect for the ocean, ensuring every ingredient on your plate supports the health of marine ecosystems for generations ahead.

Each October 15th, the arrival of Florida Stone Crab season brings one of the most anticipated moments on our culinary calendar—running through May 1st. Harvesters collect only the claws, leaving each crab unharmed to regenerate and thrive. We serve them chilled and pre-cracked, paired with our house-crafted mustard sauce, perfected over more than thirty years.

Beyond stone crab, our menu celebrates the ocean’s finest: sesame-crusted ahi tuna, pan-seared scallops, jumbo shrimp, freshly shucked oysters, prime king crab, lobster and rotating seasonal catches showcasing the best available. Land lovers will find equal satisfaction in our USDA Prime cuts—hand-selected filets, New York strips, and Sunday’s slow-roasted Prime Rib finished with shallot-rosemary au jus.
