When selecting a lamb dish worthy of our menu, we conducted an extensive search for a source that aligned with our standards. This journey led us to the idyllic green pastures of New Zealand, where Lumina Farms has spent over 15 years developing what is now recognized as one of the world’s most exceptional lamb products. Lumina lamb is the result of meticulous breeding, sustainable farming practices, and a unique feeding regimen designed to enhance both flavor and nutritional value.
