Atelier Chardonnay, Russian River Valley

An amazing wine from a renowned region in Sonoma County, this elegant Chardonnay drinks like a domestic version of a Pouilly-Fuissé, a white Burgundy. Expert winemaker Ondine Chattan uses barrel fermentation and 18% new oak to produce a gorgeous vintage with bright fruit notes and a luxurious finish.

Pewsey Vale Dry Riesling, Australia

Located in Australia’s idyllic Eden Valley, the Pewsey Vale Vineyard is singularly focused on making the world’s best Riesling. This wine is a stone-cold classic with a bone-dry finish, similar to an Alsatian Riesling. It pairs wonderfully with seafood, and its low ABV makes it the perfect summer day sipper.

🍷Pairs well with: Oysters, Ahi Tuna Tartare

Domaine Sigalas Assyrtiko, Santorini, Greece

For those unfamiliar with Greek wine, this 100% Assyrtiko makes a fantastic first impression. Assyrtiko is like a cross between a flinty Sancerre and a white Burgundy. The island’s volcanic soil gives this wine a unique mouthfeel and powerful structure, plus great acidity and a long finish. This one is not to be missed.

🍷Pairs well with: Mediterranean Branzino

Bucci DOCG Verdicchio, Le Marche, Italy

Produced with organic farming practices in the pristine, rolling hills of Le Marche in eastern Italy, this Verdicchio is known for its extraordinary depth and elegance. Try it as an approachable alternative to Chablis and discover lovely notes of lemon, green apple, and almond.

Vietti Derthrona Timorrasso, Piedmont, Italy

Brought back from the verge of extinction in the 1980s, the Timorasso grape varietal is now thriving in the northern Italian region of Piedmont, and the 100% Timorasso vintages from Vietti vineyards are a joy to drink. This is a full-bodied, aromatic white with fresh acidity and a lingering finish. It’s similar to a Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, but there’s nothing quite like it.

🍷Pairs well with: South African Cold-Water Lobster Tail, Scallop & Shrimp Sauté
